Bare Foot Shoes Versus Your Typical Shoe
There has been a lot of talk lately about our shoes being bad for us. In stores online and in stores all around the country, you can now buy jogging shoes that have a spring like heel that lessens the impact of your stride and pushes your feet forward. You can also purchase leisure shoes with copious amounts of padding in them to soften the impact of each step. Also, many women are purchasing shoes that add several inches to the size of their heels.
Sadly, many studies are now showing that all of this cushioning and heightening of the heel may cause damage to our feet. Our feet were designed to effectively get us from location to location without boots or shoes and the new innovations have considerably transformed the way we walk. Many experts believe that we tend to step down harder on our heels when we wear shoes. We train ourselves to do this when we really should be coming down easier on our heels.
Does this mean that we should never look for Cheapest Men’s Shoes again? Some scientists and some shoe companies seem to think it may be better for our feet. A few shoe companies have designed shoes that do not change the natural protection of the heel and yet allow for warmth and disease protection to still be present. You’ll also still be able to enter into shops even if their policy is, “no shirt, no shoes, no service”.
This style of shoe has very little cushioning and the heel and the front of the shoe are the same thickness. You’ll also find many of them that actually have toes built into them. This type of shoe is supposed to allow your toes to strengthen up the way they are meant to be. There is a very noticeable difference between a barefoot shoe and some Discount Women’s Classic Sneakers .
Are these shoes really any better for our feet? Personally, I think that in some ways they may be more beneficial to the average person’s feet. Of course, I think what many scientists fail to realize is that people don’t always wear shoes because they are good for them.
Many people purchase shoes because of the way the shoes look and how they make them feel. Woman have known for quite some time that their high heeled shoes are no good for them. Heels weaken the tendon in the back of the foot and can actually shorten it. In addition to this, many women can easily feel how bad the shoes are for them because their feet hurt at the end of the night.
In summary, I think that barefoot shoes and other shoes meant to function without all the padding and heel support are in all probability better for my feet. This being said, I plan on continuing to wear my normal shoes and I imagine most others will do the same.
If you do determine to acquire this kind of shoe, you might want to remember that a pair of slippers or a set of moccasins will achieve the same goal. You’ll have less padding while continuing to cover your feet. You can test out the theory and you won’t have to pay much at all.
